According to the programme published by Le360 and Le Matin on October 20 and 21, the festival offers 15 concerts and musical sessions around the Arab and Hebrew heritage of Morocco and the Mediterranean, under a big tent (the main stage), at Dar Souiri and at Bayt Dakira. It is organised by the Association Essaouira-Mogador and began in 2003 on the initiative of André Azoulay.

Thursday, October 29. The opening concert, under the big tent, brings together Moshé Louk, nephew of Rabbi Haïm Louk, singing in Essaouira for the first time, and Marouane Hajji around matrouz, in tribute to Rabbi Haïm Louk and Abderrahim Souiri. Nouhaila El Kalai, discovered by the festival's audience at 13, returns to this stage and sings a duet with Marouane Hajji. At midnight, at Dar Souiri, the HaPiyut Ensemble, eighteen artists from three generations, takes over.

Friday, October 30. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Forum des Andalousies brings artists, researchers and journalists together at Bayt Dakira, on the theme "The importance of place, the importance of connection". In the afternoon, Hamid Ajbar and Mohamed Aaboud perform Andalusian poetry and repertoire at Dar Souiri; at Bayt Dakira, guitarist Mercedes Luján presents a programme on women in flamenco, and Shira u'tfila tells the story of a Sephardic Haggadah saved during the Second World War by a Muslim from Bosnia. In the evening, under the big tent, it is malhoun's turn with Majda Yahyaoui, Souhaila Sahraoui and the Orchestre Al Assala of Meknes, together with Lhaj Saïd Berrada's Aissawa troupe and Samia El Antri. Late in the evening, at Dar Souiri, "Around the table – Our noubas, our voices, our memory" brings together Avraham Edri's matrouz paytanim and Hamza Jorti's madihiyine of Essaouira, unamplified, in Arabic and Hebrew.

Saturday, October 31. Sessions continue at Dar Souiri and Bayt Dakira. In the evening, under the big tent, Spanish flamenco dancer Olga Pericet, invited for the first time, presents a show organised with the Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation (Seville) and the Junta de Andalucía, then invites Hamid Ajbar and his musicians to join her.
